So many recipes & ideas to post – where’s the time gone?

I know it’s been a long time since I posted to the Blog here.  Lately I’ve been keeping up with the Fan page at Facebook and trying to dig myself out of the 8 days worth of laundry from our annual camping trip to Maine.  It was great being in Maine even though I was doing some special work for the website and connecting with the Fan page.  We all had lots of fun with hiking, biking, “mucking”, sea creature hunting and plenty of S’mores! 

So I was hoping to post my Strawberry cookie recipe tonight but I made the mistake of trying to bake the eggplant parm.  Stay tuned for the recipe tommorow.  This cookie recipe will be great for your little teethers with only 1 tsp of sugar throughout and plenty of gumming for all!
