Have you seen these Baby, Toddler & Preschool Shoes yet?
Oct 30, 2008 Nifty Baby Stuff
Preschoolian’s unique shoes for your little one! See through soles so you can know the shoe fits properly and, you will know when it’s time for a new pair.
Time Magazine says:
Kids who wear tight shoes are more likely to have foot problems later on. But what’s the parent of a squirmy, toe-curling toddler to do?
Preschoolians shoes look like ordinary children’s footwear except for one thing: they have see-through bottoms to help ensure proper fit. Like the rest of the sole, the viewing window is made of durable polyvinyl acetate (think kickballs and teething rings), and the parts are heat fused to prevent cracks or splits.
Your child may still trip over his own feet now and then, and let’s face it, a hammertoe is often hereditary. At least you’ll know you did all you could.
Check out Preschoolians and even Design Your Own shoe especially for your little one!

Oct 30, 2008 Baby Food Recipes Updated, Meat and Fish
We received an email from Sherri asking us for tasty meat recipes that her little guy might eat. Her chicken pancake ideas sounds fantastic but she’s stuck in for other ideas. So, we’re reaching out to all of you creative chefs for your ideas for Sherri!
My son refuses to eat meat! I have been making him chicken pancakes. I boil chicken with apple chunks and a bit of apple juice. When it is cooked and cooled, I blend it till smooth. Then add this to a prepared pancake batter and cook as usual. It is a great way to play “Hide the Meat”

Baby Led Weaning “Bible” update
Oct 30, 2008 Baby Food Recipes Updated, Friendly Baby Food Advice
We received an email from Jennifer regarding the link to the Baby Led Weaning site that most think of as the “Bible” for baby led weaning. It seems that our link is outdated and that the site’s owner has moved the information to a new web address. Thank you Jennifer for alerting us to this!
I recently came back looking for the link to Baby Led Weaning, and I had some trouble with one of your links. (The one you refer to as “The Bible”) I had used this before, so I emailed the site, and they have moved things around. I thought you might want to update your link.
Here’s the email I received:
hi jennifer, sorry that you couldn’t find it any more; it’s still there, but i moved it…
