The best way to cook Pork:
A Few Pork Baby Food Recipes:
1 medium apple
1 sweet potato
1 center-cut pork chop
2 cups of water
Peel, core and dice the apple into small pieces
Peel and dice the sweet potato into small pieces
Trim off any excess fat from the pork (a little fat is fine and will help make this puree more smooth) and dice pork into small pieces.
Combine all ingredients in a medium sized saucepan. Bring to a boil and then simmer until meat is no longer pink and sweet potato dices are soft and mushy.
Puree in a blender or food processor to a texture suitable for your baby. You may also puree and then serve this mixed with rice or noodles and even served with lentils.
